Who we are

Glow by Luminé is a skincare brand run by Sarah Scheel in Arkansas. These terms cover using glowbylumine.com and buying from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Send us a message through our contact form.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and already include sales tax, so the only thing added at checkout is shipping. Your order is confirmed when we email you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock or was listed at the wrong price, we’ll let you know and either fix the order with you or cancel it and refund you in full.

Payment

We take credit and debit cards at checkout, processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place the order.

Quarterly orders

If you choose quarterly delivery, the product ships every three months and the way you paid is charged the listed price plus $8.99 shipping each time, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My Account. Cancelling stops future charges.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat $8.99 per order. Orders ship the same or next business day, except weekends and holidays when the post office is closed. If a package goes missing or shows up damaged, send us a message and we’ll make it right. More on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the way you paid. Send us a message through our contact form with your order number to start one. The full return steps are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Skincare products

Our skincare products aren’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements haven’t been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Use them as the label says. If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor first.

Skincare tips on our site and social pages are general information, not personal medical advice, even though Sarah is a nurse practitioner.

Our content

The photos, logo, product descriptions and other content on this site belong to Glow by Luminé. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to describe our products accurately and get every order right. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Arkansas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
